yeah guys i love my 7mgt 4 runner to bits no im just ironing out the little bugs like for instance after i accelerate then back off it crackles fairly loudly is that just the timing?if so is there a way to set your timing without useing a timing light?i just hate useing the local mechanics as they charge$60.00 per hour and they are dumb as dog shit. _________________ never trust a woman, mine just cheated after 3.5yrs,didnt suspect a thing. |

if it crackles when you back off, that seems more like exhaust, but I guess it could be timing too. Go buy your own timing light. You can get one for about $20. It is the only way you can set it. Make sure you get one with an inductive pickup coil. THe other kind suck(don't even know if they make the crappy kind anymore) _________________ Supra Swapper and Owner of this site |

thanks mike, will do its probably cheaper to buy my own timeing light than paying mechanics $60.0-$70.0 an hour. _________________ never trust a woman, mine just cheated after 3.5yrs,didnt suspect a thing. |
