i have to redo the shifters, i need them 50mm more back, so i can use the shifterboots.

about those welds, the look shitty becouse im am not a pro welder, and 5minutes after u weld something its all rustet Very Happy

but those welds should be strong enough.. i hope Very Happy

thanks, and yes, the first 7mge hilux in germany,
i only know that in the netherlands there is another one.
so maby its the second in europe Very Happy

here some new pic´s:

i still need to do some crossbars and stuff to get some strength, but its a start.
i know i have a few construction failures in the design of the flatbed, but heck, bether than nothing

if u look closely in the fist pic u can see the fans, the are from a audi TDI

I like the design of your bed, looks like you'll have plainy of clearance.Pick op any tail light yet, I used suzuki samari tail lights.
