does anyone make a simple harness (like painless)?

yeah, there is a guy in canada that kind of does, but wiring is sooo easy, there really is not point

am i missing something? i have my 2jz motor sittin in my garage and there is about a jillion wires that are just hacked off!
if its easy come over to my house and wire it up, i have 50 bucks with your name on it!

some of those jillions of wires goes to the connectors for your ecu, might as well just find a uncut harness good luck

The JDM engines come that way - when they pull them from the cars they just snip the harness. You need to buy an intact harness first, and it will plug directly into the 2j ecu. Then you have to splice a few wires for power, etc. It's not all that bad - certainly a lot better than what you're thinking when you see all those wires!

Yup, what the other said. You need to find yourself a better harness, unless you go with a generic AEM that comes with it's own connectors...then you can do some work, otherwise, check out supraforums.com They have lots of stuff like that for sale. 2JZ harness are not cheap though.

Having a complete engine harness to begin with is a MUST. Theres only a half dozen wires you need to solder to make it run.

yeah but where can u get a harness for cheep... i mean for a little more than u pay for a new one you can get a stand alone system from sds
