Just out of courisity, wher are you located.

There are several wiring diagrams available online. Just search for 1jzgte wiring and you will come up with a TON of stuff. ALso Supramania and Supraforums has some good info too. Sorry I don't have any 1JZ wiring info yet.

I live in Connecticut. My problem is that i cant find the meaning for some of the abbreviations for the pinouts, as i took the ECU apart and got them off the circuit board. The pinouts i got offline are missing a couple info too. I'm not going to be running A/C, Hydro fan, Electronic Heater valve and so forth and i would like to strip these from the harness.

yeah you can pull those out. But if you are using an electric fan, it might be a good idea to use the A/C portion to up the engine idle when the fan is on.

Do you have a picture of your ECU?

I'll post it up when i get home from work later. How would you connect it to work that way so the idle goes up?

it is a pull to ground.(I think) So you have a relay controlling the ground to your electric fans. Hook that into the A/C pin for wiring, and it will up your idle.
