hey guys. this is my first post on here. lots of great info and reads on the board. im looking for any info putting a 2jzgte into a 99 4runner.
the motor in the truck now is on its last leg, and rather than sell the truck and have a car payment again i figured i would frankenstien it out.
I have seen the pics and post about the tacomas, but was wondering how different the 4runners are.(4wd, etc etc)
i would be using an aristo motor, and keeping the truck automatic. (to save on cost.)
can anyone give me a basic run down as to what i need to make it work, so i can start saving up my loot.?

ps...i have done plenty of other swaps in the past just never this one. so feel free to use technical terms. no need to dumb it down and say "its hard, you need to make stuff" Surprised
